SUPPORTING ENDANGERED SPECIES – FROM THE COMFORT OF A CHAIR
Nature lovers can sit in a comfy chair and know they are giving something back to support the protection of endangered species.
Office Furniture Solutions by Chrisbeon, which has a concession in the Alan Ward store in Shrewsbury, has a new range of chairs with upholstery patterns that bear motifs of endangered species including the panda bear.
Chrisbeon, which set up Office Furniture Solutions at Alan Ward’s last November, was particularly impressed with the three swivel chair models made by a European manufacturer based in Poland.
Under the name of Sedia Natura, the range has been designed for nature lovers who value the harmony of their office at home.  Sedia Natura is intended for both young and adult users.
Over one euro of income from every sold Sedia Natura product is donated to Magura National Park to support its activity for the protection of endangered species.
The national park, which was created in 1995, is 194.39 km and is located in the south east of Poland, close to Slovakia.
Said Richard Hughes, director of Office Furniture Solutions by Chrisbeon:  “We understand we are the first office furniture supplier in the UK to invest in this new range of chairs which we believe will appeal to retail customers.
“We operate in a retail environment in Shrewsbury and we think that nature lovers will be intrigued by the range which in addition to the panda bear includes the gatto (cat) and orso (bear).
“After all, it’s a bit of a novelty in this area and we are confident nature protection will appeal to local animal lovers,” he added.
