Fitting and kitting out offices to meet all kinds of requirements is something we have been doing for more than 40 years. Nothing really surprises us and we can produce pretty much anything we are asked to do.
Sales manager Ryan Bratley has a wealth of experience in the industry having worked for us for more than 20 of the 40 years we have been supplying offices – and he has also worked with a desk manufacturer, adding to his knowledge.
Ryan ensures each challenge is met in the same professional manner as the last, with the highest standard of service uppermost at all times.
“We have requests from people who want home offices to be bespoke, like going over the curtains or spanning the wall, a bit like a fitted bedroom.
“But that really poses us no problems and the different types of job we are asked to do makes thing very interesting,” he said.
“It’s great to see how things come together from the initial idea through the planning stage – which involves Computer Aided Design (CAD), a marvellous advancement for our industry – and then the installation.
“The pleasing thing is how competitive our prices are compared to other companies who specialise in fitted offices.
“I started out my working life at Chrisbeon as a delivery boy so I have seen all aspects of the business. Customer service is a key part of a successful company and without that you are going to struggle. At Chrisbeon we always have customer service at the forefront of what we do and a happy client is our main goal.
“My job centres on furniture sales and office space planning. I really love the CAD planning because it is quite a bit different and gives us and the customer an excellent life-like interpretation of what their office will look like when it is completed.
“It really is all about the individual client’s needs and we are proud to say we can meet them all.”
